Office Manager

We’re hiring!
Integrant, a leading multinational company in Egypt operating in the field of software is looking for an experienced, highly-motivated Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join its growing team.
 
If you have 2 years of experience as an Office Manager/Personal Assistant who can multitask and manage a busy schedule, you're a perfect match.
 
Responsibilities
  • Process documentation, prepare reports and presentations.
  • Serve as liaison between VP. and department Heads, employees, key accounts and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting the HR department in onboarding and arranging interviews.
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and sorting them in terms of priority, overdue time then submitting to VP.
  • Administer all office needs to ensure functioning smoothly in the absence of the VP.
  • Assist and follow up on in-house employee training activities and company training needs.
  • Organize meetings, manage schedule and manage office databases.
Education and/or Experience                                                    
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience).
  • A minimum of two years of job-related experience. 
Required Skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high productivity environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Flexible working hours (work in different time zones).
  • Organized, Detail oriented with excellent time management.
  • Reliable, efficient and discrete.
  • Thorough understanding of quality management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office tools ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
